Shipping & processing
Standard shipping: We currently only offer standard shipping. Express shipping is not available.
Same-day shipping: Orders placed by 8:00 a.m. usually ship on the same business day. Prepayment orders ship after payment has been received.
Note: No orders are shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Tracking & delivery
After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking link. There you can check the current delivery status.
- Check your address: Please make sure street, house number and postal code are correct.
- Delay? Please check the tracking first — a new delivery attempt often follows on the next business day.
How to enter a Packstation address correctly
Delivery to DHL Packstation is possible within Germany. Please make sure to enter your post number, Packstation and postal code/city in the correct fields.
Tip: Do not enter “Packstation” in the street field, but use the fields as specified by DHL.
International: customs & fees
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import charges may apply. These are usually paid by the recipient.
Customs clearance can extend delivery times.
Refused delivery & non-collection
If a shipment is refused or not collected in time and is returned to us, we treat it as a return.
- Return shipping costs: Depending on carrier and zone, costs may apply and may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund: Issued after the return has been received and checked.
Tip: If possible, use tracking options such as pickup location or redelivery to avoid returns to sender.

For orders within the EU, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
