Return period & right of withdrawal
Your order is subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
In addition, we voluntarily offer you the option to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Our voluntary return conditions apply to returns made after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
Our voluntary return policy does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal. Detailed information can be found in our withdrawal policy.
Condition of returned items
For returns under our voluntary return policy after the statutory withdrawal period, items must be unworn, unused and without signs of use beyond trying them on.
Clothing and footwear may of course be tried on to check the size and fit. Please handle items, labels and product packaging with care.
Missing or damaged labels or product packaging will be assessed depending on the condition of the item and the individual return.
During the statutory withdrawal period, the statutory provisions apply. Handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning may result in compensation for a loss in value.
Return shipping & costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You can request a return label through our return form. The applicable cost is displayed after selecting your country and will be deducted from your refund.
For returns from Germany, our DHL return label currently costs €4.00.
Alternatively, you can arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself using a shipping provider of your choice.
Please always use suitable outer packaging for your return. Shoe boxes and other original product packaging must not be used as shipping packaging.
Refund
Once your return has been received, we will check and process it, generally within 3 business days of receipt.
The refund will then be issued using the payment method originally used for your order. Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
For refunds made in connection with the statutory right of withdrawal, the provisions of our withdrawal policy apply.
