RETURN WITH OUR DHL RETURN LABEL

(Service only for Germany + EU countries)

For using our DHL return label within Germany we charge you €4.00 and for all other EU countries the price shown in the return link table, which we deduct from the refund of your purchase price.

To receive our DHL parcel label, select the respective country and click on the following link. Then fill out the return form (sender + email address).

*Please enter your order or invoice number under order number in the returns form.

RETURN WITH YOUR OWN SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDER

(Service for 3rd country customers (outside DE + EU) or free choice)

Use a shipping service provider of your choice and send your return to us yourself. Please enclose your invoice (or copy) or note the invoice/order number.

Be sure to have your tracking number ready to track where your return is currently located.

*Please declare your package as a return, otherwise customs clearance may cause problems/delays

PACKING / PREPARING

• Pack your order in a separate shipping box, just as you received it from us

* UNPROTECTED RETURNS THAT ARE SENT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING (MANUFACTURER'S BOX) OR ONLY IN A SHOE BOX CANNOT BE ACCEPT BY US

• Attach your return slip / any customs documents in a visible place on the package

HANDOVER / RETURN

• Hand over your return package to the selected shipping service provider
• Save the shipping receipt / tracking number to track your return

REFUND

• As soon as we have received your return, we will check it and then refund your purchase amount (*minus any costs for the return label) as quickly as possible
• The refund will be made to the payment method you selected at the beginning of your order
